Default Removing front reflectors

Hey all,

Ready to remove the reflectors on the lower front forks of my bike. Checked 'em out and it appears they're just stuck on. Before I start yankin', cuttin' & pryin' on em, thought I'd ask if anyone's found an easy way to take them off quick. They're not mentioned in the service manual.

Thanks in advance for your suggestions.

Dave

Fishing line wrapped around two sticks. Seesaw the line behind the reflector. It will cut the tape. Goo gone to remove the residue. If they are a bit warm, it will help. Sun warm, not torch warm

OK, follow these steps.

1. Use the OL's hair dryer on high heat setting.
2. warm surfaces completely.
3. spray some WD40 on surfaces
4. mono line works great for helping to lift off.
5. clean up any residual adhesive tape using WD40.
6. wipe with clean soft cloth.
