Not much of a web site for Trails End HD. Guess they don't do, or want to do, any on-line business . . . was hoping to see a 50% off sale there. Oh well . . . .
Yeah, I joined that far back, but got sidetracked. Wife got surgery first winter, then I went on strike for a year, then relocated all the way across Canada. I'm really hoping this is actually going to be the year! LOL
Jackets 50% off at Trails End HD, Yellowknife NT Canada. Bit of a trip up here, but good deals on jacket! rofl!
Yellowknife? do they have any leftover bikes from the 60's-90's? Does spring ever come? Just kidding.. I always wanted to go there-it must be awesome, the end of the road in northern Canada.
Yep. Same here. I guess the OP's been waiting 4 years now. Had he bought back when he joined the site the bike would be about paid for by now.
No offense, but did you read the entire thread? Sorry I couldn't fit a bike into my budget while my wife was in the hospital and I'm trying to support a family and a mortgage while I'm on strike for 12 months...........sheesh.

You joined in 2007 and just now buying a HD ?
Where is that store with 50% off on leather jackets ?
I have yet to buy a new HD jacket but I always get 50% off notices for apparel. If you sign up for any dealerships news letters via email and/or snail mail, they will keep you updated on their sales. If I need parts etc, pretty soon the 20% notice comes around. Just sign up. Got a $20 off coupon the other day. Couldn't let that go to waste...
Melonbob - Nice bait and switch! 2 new jackets=1 new bike. Be sure to ask what % off you get in their store, and for how long, after you buy the bike. Even years after, I say "I bought my bike here, I'd like 20% off (say, oil filter)." Then they say how bout 15%? Keep milking it for as long as you can.
ps/ If you sign up for and use the HD Visa/MC, each $ you spend = some $$ amount back in "HD Rewards". My friend has this, then uses his Harley Rewards dollars when the sale comes and virtually pays nothing.

No offence taken. Yeah, I read the thread. Just saying its ironic because he'd own the bike by now. Sounds like he's ready to take 4 years of lemons and make lemonade. Lets keep our fingers crossed.
