Ordered a set of pipes from DHP and was supposed to be delivered in 2 to 5 days.It has now been a week and a half and when I call they say it is at the UPS Depot but not being Delivered.UPS is saying it will not be delivered for another week.I am being charged 15 dollars a day storage fees for my bike in the meantime waiting on parts to be delivered. Will not be doing any more buisness with DHP.......
People should take advantage of Dennis Kirk's price match policy. I recently found a set of pipes at directharleyparts.com dirt cheap. So I wrote down the part # and price, called up dennis kirk and they beat the price by $1 even though it was $50 cheaper than their listed price.
Screw em....I'll go with dennis kirk over a drop shipper any day.
Hello Sir,
I would like to find out what happened with your order and see if I can make things right.
If you could please email/PM me with any details I would greatly appreciate it. I know that this issue was back in Feb, but as a representative for this company, I would still like to offer my apologies and see what I can do to make this right. We are working very hard to restore this companies reputation with the members of the forum, and any thing we can do, we will be doing.
Thank you,

WOW, 8 months later a response from the company. Now that's service.

From what I have read in other threads the company has recently changed hands. Seems to me the new owners are just trying to get things straight. I'd say they are doing the right thing.
Hello Sir,
I want to make sure that you ended up getting your pipes from back in July. Please let me know. I would like to see what I can do for you to make it right! I will do what I can to make sure you get a great price and a lot of savings.
I apologize on behalf of the old crew, that they did not get your pipes out in a timely manner.

You have a point seems they are trying but we all know the adage about one aw **** killing all the atta boys , gonna be a LONG up hill battle for that company to get a good name back .
I agree. So far its been a good motion forward! We are still offering the same great prices, while keeping a perfect record with everyone we deal with. A good 2 months so far, still a ways to go.
Still very frustrated with how bad that old people left this company. =(
So many good things, and yet the 2% of things that went wrong are the ones that hurt the most. HAHA even people that have no idea who we are or have ordered from us are still mad with them.
Soon things will change. It all takes time.
Things are all good now =D

Although we strive to have the lowest prices without having to match, we also price match now. Also, 68% of the parts we list are in stock. We are not a "drop shipper".
Give us a call or email and we will take extra special care of you. We will give anyone a extra discount if they mention the forums, just so we can help build the rep we were left with.
Let me know what you need...
