That's the thing when traveling all states have different laws so its a PITA to know every states laws. Georgia has always been tough for anyone riding through on 95.
Its going to end up biting the states that do it right in the ***. Everyone will avoid them and who gets hurt the most is small business.

Thanks also to the law scholars researching this issue for the discussion. Now I understand how something can be "legal" by local or state standards, but may be found "Unconstitutional" if it ever gets presented before the Supreme Court.
I suppose the bottom line is, if you don't agree with a particular law like this, get involved with organizations that can get it changed (ABATE, etc.).
