On pic #2, look at the long hole on your disc. follow it down near it's bottom & look from the right side of the hole where it forms a "U" shape.
Do you see a horizontal line from the hole to the axle?
Just wondering if you might have a crack in your brake rotor??
Hatch.
I just put the dyna beads in both my tires, both were bought last season and balanced with the old weight system,so I didnt expect to see much improvement,as the tires seemed to be fine. All I can say is holy chit!! The improvement was incredible.Literally like riding on glass,at any speed, fsat or slow.I am going to look into putting them in both my auto and SUV.Not sure, but I do believe they can be used with tubed tires, check the web site,it is very informative.
+1 on the dyna beads
Take the weights off, put in the dyna beads, DONE!
Smooth at any speed.
Dyna Beads are great..... BUT they will not alert you to a damaged wheel or loose spokes etc. These things need to be right first, then the beads. Also... check carefully... Dyna Beads are not recommended for regular passenger car or regular (non LT) truck tires.

Good eye, but if this is what you are talking about it is just dirt.
Man if those are NEW tires they sure look like crap from your photos. And your rim looks pretty bad too.
Are you talking about dirty looking??? If so, well my hands where dirty while I was working on the bike which got the tires and wheels nasty. Everything is all cleaned up now and looking good though. Going to take it out in a little while and see how it feels.

You know - I've taken pictures of my bike while doing little projects on it and close-up pictures really show off the dirt.
Typically, you'd think that a photograph would not show flaws such as this, but they actually make them look worse than they actually are with the naked eye.
There were times that I've taken a picture of what I thought was a fairly clean item and they look filthy in the picture.

I would rather ride a filthy dirty bike than spend all my time cleaning just to have mother nature do her thing all over again.
As for the weight to balance it isnt bad at all. I have seen spoke wheels with 8oz before. 3-4oz is fairly common.
No experience with dyna beads on bikes but I can say they are worthless on cars and trucks.
We use a balancer at the shop for auto and truck tires that match the tire and wheel runout as well as weight. The balance dots on most tires are nowhere close to where the machine says mount the tire.
I would say the job your indy did is sound and I would ride it.
