I just put Lyndall Racing Gold + pads on my '09 Road Glide, but have all of 15-miles on them. As such it's too soon to tell what I think of them. Reports on this forum & elsewhere suggests superior grip & less brake dust. Check'em out.
Stock Harley works great for me. Been through 4 sets. Do not last a long time but stop great, no noise. Pretty abrasive and a little dirty (wore my rotors to minimum in 35K) Pro and con but it takes a lot to stop a Harley. If you do a search a lot of people have a lot of noise with aftermarket. Probable too hard but that would make them last longer. They are a lot on ebay but they are like no name brand and I would be scared the pad might come unglued on a no name brand.

Lyndall for sure. Gold or z plus. Dustless and they last far longer than stock pads. You can get them here. I have been running the same set of z plus for nearly 3 years. And yes, I do ride my bike and use the brakes as well. Part number 1720-0022 for z plus http://www.drvtwin.com/eshopprod_cat...BRAKE_PADS.htm
