Actually planned on going this month since I heard about it. This month it will be April 30th...which will be my birthday weekend. But since this accident, we'll have to see if that pans out or not. If not, theres always the last saturday of may.

I gotta make a note of that. Places off the beaten path are usually the most fun. Maybe you can drive or catch a ride. Getting out might help ya heal a little sooner.

Done riding??? Not a chance. As soon as lawyer / insurance clears everything up, I'll be right back in the saddle...lol.
From a vet to a vet....thanks for your service, Devil Dog.

Look at this positively, now you can get a "FL"...a bagger. Evo Road Kings in decent shape can be had for about 7K. I was able to score such a good interest rate, I went ahead and traded in for my new bagger. These "FL's" are the absolute best.

This is one reason why I believe we should do away with our present insurance laws in most states. Everyone should be responsible only for their own insurance. You buy insurance and it covers you no matter who or what caused the accident. The other guy is responsible for his own costs.

Always sad to hear about stuff like this. Although it sucks big time, look at the glass half full.... could have been a lot worse! Speedy recovery and we want pics when that guy is hanging from his *****!

Its amazing how many people are driving on the road with the same MO as the one that hit U. (suspended, drinking, no insurance, no brains....)

That just sucks on so many levels . Glad to hear you're not in worse shape though and that you're looking forward to getting back on the horse as soon as you can . Seems we share a birthday (sort of) , mine is the 21st . So Happy Birthday and I hope you get this all sorted out .
