If by "Shop" you are referring to a privately owned business that is not affiliated with the MoCo, then yes it is a copyright/trademark infringement. Even the shape of the Bar & Shield without words is owned by the MoCo. The chances of you getting a cease and desist letter versus cool sign comments is pretty low.

I checked on this with the MoCo attorney, and he indicated that you are liable for any and all activities that occur within the presence of the Logo, and that you will VOID your current warranty if you pursue this line of thought. He further advised that if you actually hang it up on your premises, you could be charged a premium surcharge on all future HD parts acquisitions. Put on your big boy panties and get out the jigsaw! LoL
