Need help wont start

My 09 heritage has been on a tender this winter. I turn the ignition on the fuel sending unit works fine, lights come on etc but it just wont turn over. Any suggestions. ? Thanks

Never mind , bad fob, used my spare , started right up.

Was gonna say the FOB battery. Guess how I found out ???????????????????????
But both took a crap.

I know how you feel. First decent day to ride my bike to work since I put a fairing and stereo on it and both my FOBS are dead. At least i hope that's what it is. Haven't been able to replace the battery yet, but that's definitely what it seems to be.

Thanks for reminding me. I'm a month overdue with my annual battery replacement for all my fobs.

Test the dead FOB theory

One way to test the dead battery in the FOB theory is to manually enter in your security code. At least I am able to do that on my RKC. Found this out when I started the bike but left the FOB in the garage and took off. Needed to enter the code manually when I tried to start it at the gas station
