65,000 too many miles for a cvo 80 cub
There's no need for you to ride the bike. Seller says he's willing to deliver it part-way. Meet him @ the local HD dealer, paying them to do a thorough checkup and pre-purchase inspection. The insured dealer will test-ride it. Have your money ready to buy, if it passes muster. If whatever it needs is fairly minor, have the dealer repair/replace it immediately. If it is discovered that the bike has been wrecked or abused, pass. If it needs some major repair, split the cost w/ the seller, in some reasonable way. If seller won't agree to this, pass.
And I don't recommend buying such a high mileage bike, w/ the substantial supply the way it is. But I can way recommend an FXR, better yet an FXRS w/ dual-disc front brakes.
You haven't looked around enough.
