As far as I remember all up to 2003 are 126 tooth I think as long as rear pully has not been an international model which has less teeth. check www.sportster.org to be sure.
if you are getting it thru the mail make sure that it doesn't get scruntz into to small a box can hurt it if twisted.
Yep 128 for the 99, just pulled one off of mine that we have converted to rigid. Can also say that with a 2" stretch you will need to go to a 136" for a replacement.
