Ok with all the diffrent ideas about storing bike, I thought it would be a good idea to share what you do when putting your bike away for the winter months.

I keep it simple just in case I need to pull it out and ride it cold or not.

I fill the tank full of fuel. Put it up on the jack. Put the battery tender on it and cover it up.

that is prolly good enough, but fuel stabalizer won't hurt, but if run once a monthg and tank refilled prolly not needed

This probably a dumb question but why is the jack necessary?

So you don`t get flat spots on the tires from sitting in one place too long.

I use the jack just to keep the weight off the susspenssion and off the tires. We acctually do it every week with the race car also. It's just to keep shocks and things from wearing out premautrely
