Pinwall Cycle OH.
Anyone have any contacts at Pinwall Cycles in OH. Ordered a new part from them but now having trouble even getting anyone to answer the customer service number or respond to e-mails. Processed my credit card, said they would send shipping and tracking info to me. That was a over a week ago but no info.

If you dont have an answer by later today I can dig up my info I have from them when I get home.
Ive bought a bunch of parts from them and have always recieved great service and communication, theyre usually extremely fast on shipping etc.

Had a friend buy a part for his wing from them , they said it was like new. He got a worn out piece of crap. They said send it back and he did , and never heard from them again, no refund no nothing. He contacted Ebay about it and they put him on there black list. So ebay was protecting there seller and the hell with the buyer. Bad buisness and would never buy from them and I tell everybody I can

Sorry guys should have been more clear. Looking for anyone that has personal contacts at Pinwall. I have called the business number time after time and got nothing but the run around. Shipping says they cant help, customer service wont answer and parts just told me that it is is to the boss to give me the answer. The boss however will not take any calls.

If you paid thru PayPal not to worry if it doesn't show up in a week file a complaint and PP will take care of it. If you paid thru your credit card (not ebay) same thing CC will take care of it.
