Custom paint ideas
I'm thinking about picking up a 97 dyna that's currently wearing some pretty horendous custom paint.... part of the deal is a custom repaint rolled into the price.
The shop they use has some pretty impressive examples, but I'm hoping to get some inspiration from you guys.
I'm thinking something probably black or deep red base, some nice ghosted flames, nothing too crazy, but cool nonetheless. I'm open to pretty much any ideas though.
So let's see 'em -- bikes you've got, bikes you've seen, whatever -- I need some inspiration! Thanks

I'm just starting to tear my bike apart now, gonna go with emerald green and gold leaf HD (sloppy kinda "paint brush" looking) on the tank. That's it, simple, but I'm liking the idea a whole bunch. Here's what I'm starting with............

You can always check the internet for some galleries of painters. Never know, you may end up sending out your tins.

I always thought ,,,, if you were to prime the bike white,,,,, then thrown in a big wad of RedMan, chew,,,,, spit on your tins,, let it dry, then
clear coat it,,,,, what a unique idea dont ya think?????

Paint your bike Vivid Black and have someone airbrush a "Death Skull" on either side of your tank.
PS: Contact Sonny Barger before adding the "Death Skull" or you will be in for trouble.
