Vibration/Rattle
I have an 07 Heritage. For the past two years when excellerating I have arattle/vibration which sounds like its coming from the front end. It sounds like a wiring connector vibrating agaisnt metal. I have checked all the connectors behind the metal frame arounf the triple T. I also had the passing lights apart and there fine. I also elimanated the hub on the front wheel. Has anyone else experienced this problem or have any suggestions as to what the rattle could be and where to look. Any help would be appreciated.

Happened to a buddy's Sportster. Same type of rattle you're describing, and the dealer & none of us could figure it out. One of our friends, who doesn't ride, found the source purely by accident--put his foot against the front exhaust sheild while it was rattling & it stopped. You might check that.
But if it's been doin' it for 2 years without any problems or anything breaking, I'd just try to ignore it. Louder pipes might help.
