Like one guy said-if you really wanted the FB LO then don't second guess and get it-or you might regret not getting it. I have done that in the past and it cost me more time and money to get teh bike I wanted in the first place. The FB Lo is one sweet looking bike and the best looking stock FB ever made IMO.
Can't see the Terminator coming out the bar puttin the Dark shades on and mounting a Switchback ..... Sounds like a Disney ride!
We all know what kind of taste the terminator has. Look at that other thing he came out and rode and I hear the results look a lot like him. Those dark shades must have been totally opaque for him to hop on that!
The switchback does look like a great bike. The pictures of it with and without the bags, looks nice either way. The Dyna will have more suspension travel than the Fat Boy low so it would ride better and the design of the bike will make it more versatile. If you are a bar hopper, get the Fat Boy, if you travel, get the Switchback.
Heck, for 1500 more I'd get a road king, just for the touring frame and the dual exhaust, the engine guards and the auxiliary lighting. If you'd put those things on your Switchback, it would cost you more then 1500. Actually, the bags of the switchback look pretty small too. I still like it, but if it was me, I know what I'd do.
Couldn't agree more - I like the Switchback but for $1500 more getting the Road King is a better idea in my mind - that's my plan when I am ready to move up from my FXDC.
