Ok, I understand a vacation, but the whole darn operation? Placed an order on the 7th,,,,waited two weeks before i tried to call (no answer) and finally sent email. Was answered and was told order will be shipped on the 25th. Geeeeez, not to happy to be honest.
I bought a NOVDOT helmet from Lick's, it was the wrong size, they exchanged it superfast. they're a good company to work with. I'm about to order one of their titanium gray helmets to airbrush in the next day or so. BTW, the Lick's novdot really is small and light and I like it better than my Bell custom 500.
