I bought some mirrors from them...items shipped very quickly. One had a flaw...I called and they sent me out another one, no questions asked. Stand up guys in my book.
I ordered a side mount lic. plate and mirrors for my nighttrain.Told me 2-4 weeks..I called after the 2nd week and guy there (maybe AJ) told me they shipped that day..even threw in about 10-15 stickers..no probs..will order from there again...stay patient bro..if by 3rd week nothing, then keep at the phones....good luck...
Licks is very real. I have their solo bag on my ride. The bags were listed as having a 2 week time from order to delivery. They delivered it earlier than stated. I have good things to say about them. Good luck with your order.
they said they were closed until the 25th, here it is the 20th and you want to report them as fraud? chill a little bit.
as far as the shipping dept shipping orders the whole time, maybe they are, but it's possible that your stuff was not in stock and has yet to be checked in. just cause they are shipping out, doesn't mean they are inprocessing incoming parts.....
Thanks guys! Agree we all need a vacation, but they said shipping department will be running, so the lack of parts so far, and the lack of contact just got me a little concerned. Guess I'll just keep ridin, and check back in a week!
I've bought from them. Maybe shipping is shipping, but they didn't get your order from the front office, because They're on vacation, and it's sitting on someones desk. Did they bill your credit card yet?
