For some strange reason in DE you do not need to wear a helmet, but you must have one with you....

I've carried a helmet and not worn it before.
Mainly, carrying to/from a passenger before/after rides.

My single days I always packed a second helmet , needed it real regular and if you don't take the time to secure them you will loose one on occasion .

I'm within a few minutes of Missouri and Nebraska, both helmet states so I usually carry my 1/2 shell with me but it stays in the tour pack.

going to pick up a friend.....xtra helmet fell off! Gas station close by...ofcourse no one found it! sucks!
