Need Advice; '92 Fatboy

I am looking at a '92 Fatboy and want to know if what the dealer is asking ($7995.00) is high, low, or just right. The bike is stock and the condition is what I would call "fair". The tires will probably need replacing soon and the bike doesn't have the shine that I have seen on models around that age. It only has 22k miles on it, which I know is low.

Any help/opinions would be appreciated.

From your description, a little high. Knock them down a little, have them throw in new tires, or even both. Good Luck

Seems a bit too high of an asking price for that model. I sold my '93 for $8,000 in '07......

Little high, local dealer had a '98 with 8,000 miles for that price. Super clean.

Trade is $5240
Retail is $7190

Bikes that are selling are closer to trade than retail. Offer them $6k if you really like it, or keep looking, lots of cream puffs out there.
