J&M Rokkers with an amp (I have a Bazooka 200.4) rock!
They are 100% waterproof and J&M stands behind their stuff.
Here is a link to a short review I did...

i would not recomend the chatterbox, i have it and it has sucked from day one. came built into a fullface i bought, and paid good money for. one speaker or the other is constantly not working. which sucks when you only hear out of one ear.
comletly useless microphone. the onyl thing it does good is on backroads keeps me from missing turns that come up fast since it ties to my gps on the phone. but i rarely use it anymore it is such a pain in the ***.

I can't stand communications devices on bikes. I'd buy it for the women riding bitch to gab amongst themselves if they wanted, but I would never buy one for myself to use. I don't do music on rides either. I relish the sound of the wind and my mufflers while enjoying the scenery. There are plenty of hand signs and so forth to use when communication is absolutely necessary. I went on a 1700 mile trip last year and the guy I went with insisted that we use a two-way communications device. He talked my ear off the whole way and I couldn't understand a word he said over the wind and static. About drove me up a wall and I purposely lagged behind and out of range several times. The microphone piece permanently marred my helmet, too.
