Default Wesco Boot Deal

Anyone use the Wesco Lineman boot for M/C riding? I found a deal on them but want to know if they are any good for riding before I spend the money. Thanks.

One of the best quality boots out there. Expensive, but worth it. They even have an option for an upgraded Vibram sole that is for firefighters but also excellent for riding as it should never melt on your pipes.

FWIW, I prefer the pull-on Engineer style boot over the mile long lace up Lineman style boot you mentioned. I guess it depends on how much you ride and how many times you put on and pull off your boots every day. Just something to think about, can't go wrong either way.

My Wesco's will be here in about a week. Custom made beats off the rack every time.

I use them for work and riding.

I have a pair of Firestormer and Boss engineering.

Very good quality, second to none.

They are supposed to be great boots and I've heard nothing but praise for them. However, at around $400 a pair they are too rich for my blood. I have off the rack Chippewa Logger boots that do the trick for me at about 1/4 the cost.

Not sure if I would want to ride with Lineman's boots, but I had a pair of them (Wesco,s) that lasted over twelve years until the Cobbler told me the leather was so thin from stretching and resoling (Seven Times) that I finally needed a new pair.

I had a pair of Red Wing logger/lineman boots and mile long laces is right, it gets old quick. I would invest in a pair of pull on boots, much easier getting on and off for work and what not. I sold my loggers on eBay for a decent price.

I bought them. Couldn't resist for $259 on clearance!
