I'm new to this site. I have an 02 electra glide and while the bike is running intimitly the starter will kick in and out, sort of like you were pushing the start button, it started after a heavy long ride in the rain, thought something just got soaked then it happened a couple weeks later on a nice hot sunny day , any suggestions, thanks. I had my starter engage while riding and it was NOT pretty. Tore up my starter, pinion gear and primary chain adjuster. Replace that starter button asap
