Default Saddlebags Quick Disconnect

I have a 98 Fatboy with Fatboy saddlebags. Is there a company that makes a quick disconnect kit that will accomodate these bags? I know there have been posts on this subject before, but I don't remember the company or the circumstances on which this kit will work.

I use the Ghost Brackets on my Softail. I'm happy with em. Check Ebay before you buy at retail prices. [sm=smiley20.gif]

Alien, I looked up the ghost bracket site. Which ones do I need. There are two different ones that would work. I have the fat boy HD saddlebags, they are small I would say.

Tried to contact Ghost Brackets, phone numbers don't work, internet ordering doesn't work. I think they may be out of business.

I was overwhelmed with my Easy Brackets. And I don't impress easily. Quality, fit & finish, ease of use and locking abliity was great.

That's strange that you can't get a hold of Ghoste Brackets. Maybe their closed for the holiday.

I got mine off of Ebay.

Give the Easy Brackets a try, their basically the same thing.

Beagle1, I received the easy brackets and installed them yesterday. The installation went great, they look good and fit well, but I have a concern where the bracket docks to the docking pins on the bike itself. My bags have about 1/2 inch of play in them. The whole bag and bracket that is attached to the bag will move up and down. Its not a tight rigid fit. Have you had any problem with movement with your installation? Thanks
