Default 1 Million Miles!
During the recent Georgia State HOG rally, HD presented to Frank B. a plaque commemorating his 1,000,000 mile mark.

Frank has ridden in all 50 states and 7 Canadian Providences. Nearly 600,000 of those miles included his wife riding shotgun.

Frank is now working towards his next million miles.

A plaque? That's it? Hell they ought to be hooking him up with a new scoot. That there would be some great advertising for the MoCo IMHO...

How do you ride shotgun on a motorcycle?

I have a letter from HD to my Grampa back in 1958. It was for him riding 100,000 miles. They also included a hat pin. WOnder if they still do something like that nowadays. 100 k miles is still a lot of seat time but imagine doing that on the roads of that era (40s n 50s)

Yeah, the MoCo gave a new Road Glide to Dave Zien, who is supposedly the first to log 1,000,000 miles on a H-D. Check it out here: http://youtu.be/hKeeBOum7DY

That is true, they did give him a new bike and put his old bike in the museum.

Sadly, Dave was hit by a car in the last year and lost a leg. The new bike that was in the accident already had over 250,000 miles on it.
