So it's over-stretched to the max.

I never know how much a poster knows about what they are doing. So you did already know about the adjuster.

The puller I used for my bike was a steering wheel / harmonic balancer style, but I believe your clutch assembly is a bit different and may require a different style. Once you load it (put tension on it) taping the pullers center shaft with a hammer will typically break it loose.

I have seen a variety of pullers at auto stores that might work.

Have you loosened the compensator bolt yet? I use an electric impact to brake mine loose

yes the adjuster is maxed out. and no i have not adjusted the compensator bolt yet. im waiting for manual to arrive and wasn't sure if it was left handed or right handed threads

Compensator is threaded the standard direction and can be a problem to break loose as it and the hub are secured with loctite. The clutch hub nut is reverse, or left hand threads.
