Default Help on pig tails

I want to put on some extensions to the battery that can be charged or a jump given to the batt. if it runs low without removing the seat but is secure. If anyone has done this could you post and if at all possible post a photo of how you did it? Thanks in advance.

Every bike I've seen uses the one the dealer installs. Then all U need is the tender.

Check Ur's out, U may already have one.

Hook up one of these

& tuck it under the seat. You can usually pull it out without removing the seat.

Default Thanks

I just ordered one from Amazon and a case. I will also be buying a hook up for the connector so I can have bare wires to hook a jumper cable to in an emergency breakdown of the batt.

The chance of a jumper cable touching the frame and frying your electrical system would have me taking the time to remove the seat for a jump. That's just me though...

Default Not an option

To remove my seat I have to remove the luggage rack, seat and back rest. It would take 20 min and have parts laying all over. I think what would be much easier is to buy and extension cable that can lay next to the bike that I can keep in the saddle bags. that way its not hanging next to the bike.
