I don't have the low profile but I like mine just fine.
Recently used it to ride 1020 mile round trip and it was comfortable. They tend to run just a tad small, so figure that in. Mine is getting more comfortable the more I wear it. But it was a tad tight when I first got it.
I have the Outlaw AX30030 Ultra Low and it is just slightly larger than my Voss non-Dot beanie. I really like the Outlaw Ultra Low and wear it exclusively now.

I compared the Outlaw and the Vega XTS Naked in person. I bought the Vega XTS Naked as it was a little lower profile than the Outlaw. No DOT helmet is going to be as low and tight to your head as a novelty beanie. There is a minimum foam thickness that makes the DOT what it is. I haven't found a lower or better fitting DOT beanie than the Vega as yet.
Anybody have one of these? They come in different shells.
I ordered 2 of them from offline.I have the Ultra Low & The Ultra Slim.I like them. The customer service is good. They are both DOT approved. They are just a tad bit smaller then a normal DOT approved helmet.
