I have just bought a 2006 FXdI35 but it was not originally delivered to Australia.
Is there anywhere I can find out what country it was originally delivered to?
The VIN does start with a 5 which shows it was an export model but it doesn't have Australian compliance and is classed as an import not an Aussie supplied model.
I would just like to know where it's been?
Thanks

I was up early this morning so I called HD head office in USA,(7.00am Saturday morning in Australia is about 4.00pm Friday afternoon your time) they told me it was initially delivered to Japan.
So I am an Englishman, living in Australia with an American bike that was delivered to Japan??
