Default 2006 models

Anyone work at the harley plant in York PA? I ordered a 2006 FLSTC in deep cobalt peral with a carb and standard rims no security. My Dealer gave me a customer order number from the factory and a September 2006 deleviery time frame. I was wondering if anyone could shed some insight into when my scoot was getting built and when it would get to the dealer. the guy who took my deposit is a rude man who should'nt deal with the public and won't or can't tell me anything but don't call us we'll call you when we get a vin number. If I could get my $1500.00 dollars back from this dealer I would go to some of the other dealers in the area here in SC who have got some classic's on the floor ready to sell. JUST in case some from the factory is viewing this post the order number is #692498 placed on 07/15/2005. Thanks for any help

Too bad you can not get yer money back. I would not have anymore dealings with them after the bike is sold. I am guessing that you meant that your bike will show up in Sept of 05 and not 06. If it is 06, you must have the patients of a saint!

Sounds like he wasn't rude before he got your cash. I believe I would talk to the owner about this salesperson being so rude. Sometimes the dealership is o-k it's just some of their personel, sometimes not. Good luck.

I'd definitely do what John TN said...talk to the GM of the store and see what he or she can do.
