Question computer re-program

I have an 04 FX with Fuel Injection- K&N Air Filter- Power Commander -Vance & Hines Short Shots with loud baffles. I am moving the Air Filter & Power Commander to another bike. Will the stock computer automatically adjust to just running the exhausts?

You'll probably be fine. Might get some decel popping.

The stock computer is not changed by the Power commander, so it will just do what it did before the PC.

04 stock ecm does not adjust other then temperature, map and tps valve. Getting exhaust requires oxygen sensors. However it will probably be OK. Guy ran open pythons on mine for 30K. I put stock new take-offs from a Nighttrain. Runs fine either way.
