As for going on a cold weather ride, on a dry road with snow on the side, good for you! I love to get those kinds of rides in throughout the winter. With the right gear, it feels great.

Good on you man. I road into work this morning. I think it was about 22* at 6:00 a.m. Had on the chaps, coat, gloves, shorty helmet, and my bacAlava on. I ticket cold on the parts that was sticking out but still nice.
Hell;it's 70 & sunny here right now,and I'm debating whether to go back to bed or brave the "cold" Florida weather & go for a ride......OK;ride lost out;I'm goin' back to bed. Got the heat on, too!
