That thing has some potential. If I bought a salvage TC & Trans plus frame w/ numbers & fuel cell & fenders rims plus brakes, etc...I'd spend $4500 ANYWAY

Any bike can be repainted…piece of cake. If you can get it for $5K or less, it's a great deal. The FXR is the best bike Harley ever built IMHO.
