Default Avoid this eBayer.....

I bought a couple of Harley Davidson License Plates frame from scion888. The purchase only involved a few bucks but this jerk pissed me off.

[ul][*] They did not combine shipping charges as they promise in the listings.[*] They did not answer 5 emails plus messages left in the paypal payment. [*] The item is not stainless steel as stated. [*] They ship usps in an envelope - items got bent. [*] I left nuetral feed back RE: Shipping charges, not - stainless Steel, Emails.[*] They left me my only ever Negative Feedback.
[/ul]

I always pay right-away on ebay purchases as I did on this one too.
So, it makes you wonder if you place a bid and pay right away how can you as a buyer get negative feedback.

This is my first bad experience with eBay. I have contacted them concerning the feedback issue.
After my experience I went back and checked all of scion888 negative and nuetral feedback.
The warning flags were there. It is obvious he uses negative feedback tactics.

Anyway - buyer beware of this A-Hole! [:@]

For future reference. Immediately upon paying for an item you bid on, contact seller and request a positive feedback based on timely payment, good communication, etc. Then when you receive the item, you'll have the chance to leave feedback for the seller, but you already have a poitive feedback from them.

They are chrome plated very thin guage steel. I give em 6 months - maybe, before they start showing signs of rust.

I had the same problem with this ebayer--- Ordered a license plate frame for my wife's 350Z-- was supposed to be chrome with an etched 350Z on it. Plate came in with a cheap decal, no etching---- AVOID THIS fu**king JERK

This type of seller is the main reason I don't do EBAY. They have a positive feedback rating of 99.6. Yet they are full of negative remarks. EBAY makes very little if any attempts to make a rating system that is usable. Feed back should be just that. They should not be able to leave Negative feedback on a buyer just because the buyer has a legit complaint.
