His feedback and ratings are full of negatives and you knew it , why did you buy his stuff ? I only buy from Ebayers who are 100% or maybe a couple negatives and it is obvious the buyer was a flake ! Better luck in the future .

AK - This guy was totally unresponsive and I did contact ebay through the links they provide on their dispute console pages.
Maybe I should follow through with Paypal and see about getting a refund. That might be the only language this guy talks.

I have only sold a couple things - I have left feedback as soon as I was paid.
Maybe I was being Naive. But, I figured the buyer fulfilled his part now I will fulfill my part by shipping the item in a well packaged timely manner.
You file a SNAD complaint (significantly not as described) and follow the process. If approved you will need to return the item on your nickel but be sure to use a method that allows for online confirmation of delivery.

If bad sellers and buyers are permitted to continue because we can't be bothered to follow the process to get them removed, then eBay will only get worse.

NO, just cuz someone has paid does not mean the transaction is done. It is complete when BOTH parties are satisfied. ONLY then should feedback be exchanged.

If you sell, be brutally honest in your description and leave nothing out. Take and use clear photographs. Use clear simple accurate titles and descriptions. Avoid misleading terms. Always use a trackable delivery confirmation service. Always get insurance if the cost of the item is more than you are willing to risk. Pack well and securely. Insurance won't cover shoddy packaging.

If you buy, use a credit card via a service such as PayPal. When the payment service is unable to get a refund you can file with your credit card company. Ask questions before you bid. If the seller does not respond, move on. You do not NEED their item. Check feedback received and left for others. If the description is lacking or inaccurate or you see a statement such as "I don't know anything about 'xyz'" move on. If the seller can not be bothered to research the item they are selling they probably can't be bothered with customer service.

If a seller only takes cash, money orders, or cashiers checks, move on. They may claim it is so they don't have to pay PayPal fees but it removes a layer fraud protection from the buyer.

I only buy from sellers with good feedback. I have done deals on ebay for 6 years with no problems. Both buying and selling. I have had ZERO problems. Do your homework and you will be fine. I am amazed at the amount of items sold for more then retail. I see over and over again people buying and then reselling for more then retail. Nobodys fault other then the uninformed buyer IMO. When used properly, Ebay is a great place as far as I am concerned.

he has a 99.5% positive feedback rating off a hell of a lot of sales.he must be doing something right. It seems that a lot of people are very happy with their products. Dissatisfied customers are very much in the minority. If you buy more than 1 item and you want to combine the shipping ,its best to request a total for all items before paying. That way, you can dispute shipping before payment.

Another example of -- read the feedback from other buyers/sellers before dealing with them -- first
