Special Request
I received this just a short time ago thru PM. I did not use the senders name because I did this before getting permission to use their name. This is a Special request that you join me and my Family in sending this Soldier some encouragement and support. Thank you Forum members and friends for joining me in this effort.
How have you been ******. I haven't been on the forum a whole lot lately. Been busy. We have been going to Walter Reed Army Hospital every weekend in Wash, DC visiting the guys. It has been an experience above all others.
I have a question and a request. Today we met a 59 year soldier in the cancer ward who is also a Vietnam Vet and an Iraqi Vet. They sent him home from Iraq because it was discovered that he had cancer, pancreatic, which is a death sentence. He was doing well today considering, but he is obviously on borrowed time.
He is Ssg Theodore (Ted) Spatol from Theropolis, Wy. If you guys could send him a card, and maybe get the word out, it would be greatly appreciated. His address:

Thanks goes to the Bro and his Family from here who pays visits to Walter Reed and gave me the heads up. If he wishes to reveal himself thats cool, or I can reveal him. With permission of course!

I will bet that almost no one on this forum knows that Thermopolis (correct spelling), WY is the birthplace of the 'J.C.Pennys' chain of department stores. Store No. 1 is still in operation there on the town's main street. .................. BC
