It's pretty obvious who's never had an FXRG jacket. They are phenomenal. I bought my Series I on sale when the next generation came out and got a great deal on the most versatile jacket I've ever had. Having lost a ton of weight I'll be looking at '09s to replace my old one.
I'm thinking of getting one of the new design FXRG's, but I haven't found a dealer yet who is stocking them. So can't even try one on. The don't what that much money tied up in one, or even several for inventory. Can't blame them, but how will they sell them.
Jeez...when I think of all the stuff I could get for my bike for $700.
like led turn signals, valve caps, or any other doo dad with a bar and shield on it. you should be able to get one or two of 'em

i really hate to burst some of y'alls bubble, but it's the same leather. whether it be hd made in china, or fox creek here in the states. because of our 'wonderful' epa, it is too costly to tan leather here in the states. so a lot of it is sent overseas to be tanned and processed, and then sent back over here. not all leather in china is thin, and not all leather 'assembled' here in america is heavy duty....
I have the Fox Creek bomber jacket. Bought it a couple years ago for about $475 because I had them custom make it and shorten the sleeves a tad. I also sent back the first one because of the way the collar laid down and a Commander jacket because it didn't fit right. Has a nice removable lining, a fleece neck warmer and pockets for armor. It's a baaadaaazz jacket and will outlive me. Good thing my son is the same size so I can leave it to him. I felt guilty spending so much but I don't regret it now.
