I was born in 1983, I bugged my dad over and over till he finally bought me my bike. I am too scared to ride it, but I sit on it and take pictures and put them on facebook, now all the chicks i know think Im a biker, Its awesome!
Ha. Most of the guys in here who do chirp only chirp here. Forum tough guys who cannot find their ********* in the real world.
I completely understand your post. The fashion show biker who puts on his costume to ride to the coffee shop. Do these chaps make my *** look big, where can I order fingerless gloves online, the dealer had these really nice boots but I can't decide if I like buckles or straps.
To these credit card riders who manage to put 2000 miles a year on their bikes I say **** off. Poser is the definition and we laugh at you chumps, after you pull out your visa and buy the rounds for the table.
I don't really understand this. I see threads like this where people get flamed for asking what to get to fit in(which I agree with) but than I see threads about is this true harley? I pretty much have two solutions get what you like or do what you like to your bike either people accept it or they don't and throw a hissy fit, you call them a *** and find different friends. Isn't the whole deal with being a biker is to be independent and be your self. I just feel like there is to much I just want to fit in bullshit and thats not what this is about. Just my 2 cents.
