Ahh yes, autlumination.com, aka superlumination.com, aka ctlumination.com.

I had an experience about 2 years ago with Chris and Tracy. They sent me an LED bulb that had a loose connection inside the base, which was causing a flicker. I tried the bulb in several sockets with the same results, but a different bulb in the same sockets and it lit fine. They tried to tell me it was a voltage issue. I told them it couldn't be, because if I put a little pressure on the top of the bulb, it will light solid, so it must be a loose connection in the bulb. At that point, they accused me of breaking the bulb when pulling it out of the socket, and causing this issue.

I had ordered from them several times, each time with no issue, and the products seemed good, so I told them that, and asked that they please make good on their products becasue I've given them alot of business and would continue to do so. They told me that I could take my business else where if I was going to lie about "breaking their bulbs" and try to fraudulently return them.

Great set of folks...

You're better off with superbrightleds.com or vleds.com

Good heads up. It's one thing to over pay for something that you know you're over paying for. At least you know what you're getting. But it's just wrong to buy something and not get what you're expecting.

NNOOOOOOOOO........Not Tracy and Chris Bacon!!!! I can't believe that!! Can you taste my sarcasm? They are scumbags...plain and simple. Your story is the same as about 100 others I have read online while looking into thier reputation. They do not give 2 ***** about customers, repeat or not. Amazing!
