Switchback spongey front brake

My 2012 Switchback is in the second shop for the 4th time for spony front brakes. Firstime new caliper, 2nd and 3rd time they bled it and this time they said they felt spony brakes on the walk around and now test drive they say they found nothing. I went all they way up to MOCO and they said this is new to them but told me there is nothing they can do. Also got the vibration to.

Just took my Switchback to the shop for the third time to fix the brakes. First two times they bled the brakes. The brakes were much better but the fix only lasted a day or two. This time the mechanic removed the lever, on the part of the lever that presses against the master cylinder piston there was a casting bump (spew?) that had not been filed smooth. His claim is that the bump on the brake lever was not fully letting the piston on the master cylinder return. He claims that he has done this on several Dynas and that it seems to be the right fix. He did say that if this doesn't cure it they will replace the master cylinder. So far the brakes are better, time will tell...

Change out the brake line to a good stainless wrapped. Do front and back so they match. They will need to be bled right. Research your brake lines on the aftermarket. Some claim to be better than others. They look good and seem to give a more positive brake feel.
