RV parks close by??
There's KOA in downtown. It is not near the ocean if that matters. For bigger parks, there are 3 in a row across from the HD shop.....Pirate Land, Ocean Lakes, and Lakewood. They are huge. I'd guess the number of sites between them number in the thousands. There is also a State Park with camping.

To answer a few ????
We are heading out from SE Mass on Sat 5/12 spending the night in Ocean City and heading in to MB Sunday the 13th making the return trip home on Sat. the 19th.
Anyone wanting to join us on the way down is welcome.
Not sure if we are staying North or South.
Still trying to decide where to stay, me and my riding bro. will get together with our bosses this week to decide. Any recommendations welcome.

Myrtle Beach has thousands of hotle rooms in all price ranges. Many of the campgrounds do not allow you to ride your bike inside the campground but do provide an area to park (usually afield, not usually secured) Food is like hotel rooms, too mauch and too many to list. All the majot chains as well as many local places. Suck bang blow is not to be missed. Most everybody is pretty decent. The merchants realize Harely riders bring money but cops have no tolerance for anything., especially alcohol and loud noise. Bumper to bumper traffic is the norm. Parties everywhere and vendors everywhere. Come on down and enjoy.

I would looking into making a day out of riding down to Charleston to see some old battle ships....I think there is a battle ship, submarine, aircraft carrier, and a coast gaurd boat......its really really neat stuff because you get to walk through all the ships and see everything.....its about a 200 mile ride but its a good ride with some nice senery

I'm thinking about heading down for the first time myself.
Any suggestions about where to stay towards North Myrtle?

We found a great 2 bedroom villa at a resort in Northern MB on the ocean.
Price was great, splitting the room between 2 couplesfor 6 nights is about 500.00 per couple.
I've spent that for a 3 day weekend in Laconia.

If it ain't broke ride it harder!
