Default LED lights stopped working

I am in Vermont for a huge charity ride and my led lights won't come on. Fresh battery in remote. What could be wrong? This stinks as we're are having a light parade tonight

have you check the conections? might be a bad ground or short, possibly corroded terminal ?

I'm under the seat right now but I don't have any tools. I don't see anything out of place with the controller. I could just cry I waited all year for this event. Sigh

check for loose wire at the control pack. I had mine break off inside the box. quick solder job and it was fixed. as for the ride tonight, you could try disconnecting the control box and jump the lights straight to the battery to see if they work or not (short in the wiring) if they do work when not hooked up to the control box then you could just put a simple in line switch and fuze to the battery. (any part store carry them)

I'm going to pass this along to the guys when they get back from today's ride. Problem is we are in rural Vermont not many places near here if we need to buy a part. Dang I could find no frayed wires or loose connections. I wonder if I followed the led wires would I find a fuse

there should be a fuse between the main power feed off the battery and the LED power supply

If you have LED tail lights then you probably have a load equalizer so that they blink at the proper rate...Sounds like the equalizer is bad. Not a big deal and easy to remedy when you get a new one as it is plug and play.

I believe shes talking about the aux lighting in and around the motor and front wheels show lights if you will, not running lights

On my way home I found my GPS had no power either, so I will be checking the fuses for which one is blown. But of course the next question is why did it blow. I hadn't used the GPS nor turned the lights on for quite some time.

Definitely check the fuse AND the wiring, especially when the connections are, including at the light end.

I had something similar happened 2 weeks ago, indy replaced rear tire, somehow the tire rubbed against the bottom of support rail of saddle bag, tearing off the wires going into the LED light strip. I turned on LED and immediately blew fuse, put another one in and blew again, I was under the seat for quite awhile checking connections until I looked at the LED strip, there it was, both + and - came off and touching each other.
