I'm guessing you don't know too much about the PGR. These guys have (and still do) escorted many military funeral processions over the years. Much of what they do depends on being highly visible to all cager traffic, as they constantly have to leap frog from intersection to intersection so the funeral procession can proceed unabated.
Here's some advice... if you don't like modulators, then don't look at them. Pretty simple if you ask me.
There is a cop in Oklahoma at a little speed trap town with the most amazing collection of lights all over his Charger. Like a giant Christmas tree in red, white and blue. Got me laughing so hard I almost ran off the road.
I can understand one "light horn" on low beam when I need to press a horn button, or a double-blink regular brake light, but the blinding carnival on wheels is a major distraction.
