Default scraping main frame

On my 2011 super glide custom I scrape the main frame. Can i adjust the shocks to prevent this, or does anyone have a better suggestion? thanks for any advice.

Most are setup on the soft side stock. They can be adjusted for a firmer ride.

Let me guess - stock pipes right? Passenger on board or shocks too soft on preload? You didn't scrape the frame even though it sounded like it. The rear pipe to the support bracket has a bolt that attaches the two and it points down - I'll bet that is what touched. Either you need to jack up the preload, get longer/better shocks or lighten the load.

I don't mean this as insult or anything but whats your guys sizes ? Harley shocks tend to be soft and I've had to get heavier shocks for a few couples that where big people .

Put the shock on the 5 setting as described in your owners manual. You can get a spanner wrench for 12 bucks.

Wouldn't think so your under the average , check the manual and adjust them up settings over where you are now the tool is a good investment . Can always go more if still needed .
