street glide bars
i have a 2011 streetglide and want to put bars on but i dont want to have to change controls,cables,ect. my buddy has an 06 streetglide and he put ergoback bars on 12" rise made by klock werks and he didnt have to change anything. he re-routed wires and straighted brake cable to make it work ( i dont have to worry about that beings i have the braided line ).i would go with the same bars only problem is they are all on back order from klock werks and i want to get it done before delmarva bike week! so i guess my question is how high can i go without having to buy cables and stuff? I rode his with the 12" and its perfect but the way he made it sound was that it the only company that has that bar and still use stock cables and control. looking for a little help here!
