You see, from this post I learned that if I'm having trouble moving my bowels, I should eat a high fiber lunch. This forum is a plethora of valuable information. My lower intestines thank you, rubberfrog!
I don't know,it doesn't phase me anymore. I have been in the fire dept for 30 years. I see a lot of ways to get killed, not just bikes. Be careful, do what you gotta do, but don't dwell on it. All you will do is freak your self out.
Well my thread was about being cut off by a bike that did not see me. All the other times it was a vehicle. Don't care about my thread or others? Deal with it by not reading them!!
My sentiments are with "Glock"...ever notice these accidents/near misses mostly start out with...It was a beautiful day, minding my own business (or such), when suddenly...I AM GOING TO TELL ALL OF YOU ABOUT MY GREAT RIDING SKILLS, WHICH LACKING, SURELY WOULD HAVE MEAN'T DEATH.
I've never understood why people get their panties all wadded up over what gets posted on a forum. If reading about a wreck or a near miss bothers you why do you even bother with it? Why not just skip it and read posts that interest you. I don't read every thread posted here and it doesn't bother me if there are multiple conversations going on about the wave or best oil to use.
Reading post about what happened or almost happened is entertaining depending on the poster[child]. I use it as a reminder to be vigilant everyday. I also feel the need to reply to the rants if it involves my freedoms. I enjoy this forum while I drink my morning coffee and watching the evening news. If I am bored there is always written entertainment available.

Some people vent about what they see on their ride, others vent about what they see on the fourm.
