Another Oil from A/C question
Ok, I know this is A often covered issue, but most threads seem to invove oil level and dripping out the A/C. My problem seems more severe. Oil level at half, clean dry KN filter. Just ran 350 miles yesterday ,90 degrees out, lots of 70 MPH so no lugging. I have oil covering the bike, mostley right side but even on left by the end of the day.We are talking my jeans , saddle bags entire engine. to the point that the bottom is an oily mess and leaves A 50 cent size spot on the ground just gassing up. I lost about 3/8 of an inch of oil on the dip stick in those miles. Can't call dealer untill tomorrow ( not open Mon.) I just want to have my head around the possibilities before going in.
Bike is A 2011 CVO 110 VH Power Dual, SERT, Dyno'd, KN Filter. Thanks for your input in advance.
Should have added It does seem to be comming from the Filter.
