Any chance there is sunlight (a window or could you run a wire through the wall)? You can get solar powered battery tenders. Check out boating supply places.

I use this one too, keep it on all Winter long or anytime I know the bike is going to sit for more than a day.

Winter is the season after hurricane season, and is characterized by a dramatic increase in the average age of drivers in the state.
