I’ve recently divorced, and now I really want to make the most of life, I want to go off and do something which will really feel like an achievement. I’ve always been a ‘backseat’ motoring enthusiast, and now I’ve got the chance to do something about it, I don’t know where to start.
I’m open to suggestions. If you were in my position, with no ties to hold you back, where would you go, what would you do? I’ve been contemplating going across Australia, but Id love to hear other ideas before I make a decision.
Howdy, welcome aboard. There was a program on TV years ago called Then Came Bronson. I think that he just rode across the country and went where he felt like it. There are so many places that I would like to see that I'm not sure where I would start. I have often thought about across Canada or up to Alaska. From what I have heard about Austrailia, I might like that too.
Australia would definitely be a choice place for me. Beautiful country, gorgeous women, great accents, gorgeous women...I'd definitely head there. I'd be touring the coast line in circles around the continent.
can you have absolutley no ties? no family? no job?!? it takes a lot of money to just ride around, across a continent or otherwise. it also takes money to make bike payments, insurance payments, and pay for bike maintenance (not to mention food and shelter). i suppose there is chance you are rich and don't have to work....
anyway, i think that new zealand would be a wonderful place to live. its beautiful.
btw, if you are rich, how did you come about your fortune? i too would like to be rich and im trying to figure out potential paths to achieve my wealth haha, aren't we all
