We ave our Derby covers powder coated before our process, but it is with a different chemical for the gas infused image. WE could not separate out the finishes on the cover. I pulled the trigger on the image and a Black background from Cheryle.
I will post up the pics when it gets here and I put it on.

You probably found someone already but, I use Etchings by PIG. They do excellent work at a reasonably cost.

Sandy took a toll on them and the timing was not the fastest, however I know they took time to get it the way I wanted it, which speaks for the quality and attention. Cheryle is my only contact and she explained that she had to oversee it to make sure I was taken care of.
My experience with them is top rate because I am not worried about time as much as quality in this case.
